A real-time AI sales and marketing platform with a conversational sales bot, automation for POS and logistics, and a no-code bot builder.
I engineered an AI-powered sales platform end to end. The conversational sales bot cut lead response time by 90%, AI-driven automation across POS, logistics, and self-service kiosks reduced manual operations by 80%, and I led the team that built a drag-and-drop interface letting non-technical users design and deploy their own custom AI sales bots. This was production AI before it was fashionable: real users, real revenue on the line, and all the reliability problems that come with both.
