Overview (2024)
An AI-powered ordering system for one of Nigeria's largest eatery chains, including a WhatsApp and SMS ordering bot, a two-tier admin platform for outlet management, and an automated customer feedback pipeline.
Crunchies needed a digital ordering system to handle increasing demand, improve delivery speed, and reduce customer friction. I built an AI-powered WhatsApp/SMS bot that lets customers order without leaving their messaging app, backed by a responsive web app for online ordering and a two-tier admin dashboard for managing outlets and tracking orders in real time. I also built an automated customer feedback pipeline that collects complaints as they happen and routes them for fast resolution. These improvements streamlined operations, increased engagement, and significantly boosted sales.
The Problem:
The existing system lacked efficiency that caused slow order fulfillment, poor customer engagement, and operational bottlenecks. Crunchies needed an integrated platform to simplify ordering, automate deliveries, and improve feedback collection, ensuring a better experience for customers and staff.
