Enterprise Telecom Platforms

Overview (2025)

High-availability enterprise platforms serving millions of subscribers.

I architect and tech-lead large-scale platforms, owning system design, infrastructure, and DevOps from initial design through production. The work involves high-volume batch processing pipelines, secure file transfer integrations across distributed environments, Oracle-based data systems, and Kubernetes deployments. I also lead the integration of AI and agent capabilities into these environments: everything has to be observable, recoverable, and safe to run unattended.

The Problem:

Enterprise systems process millions of transactions daily in environments where a dropped batch means real customers lose service. The engineering challenge isn't any single component, it's designing systems where failure is expected, contained, and recovered from automatically.

Enterprise Platform, Telecom, High Availability

Solution:

System architecture built around idempotent batch processing, careful connection and resource lifecycle management, secure automated file exchange between distributed services, and infrastructure that can be operated and debugged by the teams who inherit it.

Technologies: Python, Java, Oracle, Kubernetes, Docker, SFTP, CI/CD

My role: Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead

Result:

Platforms in production serving millions of subscribers. Specific clients and metrics are under NDA, which is itself a signal about the environment.
