Overview (2024)
A healthtech platform that connects new and expectant mothers with healthcare professionals, offering personalized postpartum support.
This project includes a web app for mothers, healthcare professionals, and administrators, with features like mood tracking, AI-driven insights, real-time chat, and community engagement. As the Tech Lead, I led an agile team to design and build the entire platform. The client needed a comprehensive digital solution to help mothers navigate postpartum challenges, access expert care, and engage with a supportive community. I led the development of a responsive web app where mothers can track their mood, receive AI-powered insights, and book one-on-one calls with healthcare professionals—without leaving the app. The platform also includes a moderated community, a real-time chat system between the moms and health providers, and an in-app feedback feature to ensure continuous improvement.
The Problem:
New mothers often struggle with postpartum depression, lack of immediate access to expert support, and limited community engagement. The client needed an all-in-one digital platform where mothers could easily connect with professionals, track their well-being, and receive the support they need—all in a secure, scalable, and user-friendly system.

Solution:
I led the team in architecting and developing the platform from the ground up. We implemented real-time chat using WebSockets, AI-driven mood tracking, and a seamless call booking system. The community feature includes moderation tools to ensure a safe space, while feedback collection mechanisms help refine user experience.
